The problems at Pound can not be pinpointed down to just 1 specific thing. There are tons of problems at Pound.

The Administration is a joke.
The Parents are too involved (not all, but most).
Subpar coaches
Small numbers
Lack of discipline and work ethic from players (not all, but most).
etc.
etc.
etc.

I don't know anything about Pound but that should be pretty self explanatory

Means they try to have say so in who starts, plays etc...things the coach should decide.

From what I've always heard that does seem to be the case at Pound. But its really no different from any other school. Every school has a little bit of that. When Coach Richards was at Coeburn he was pretty bad. He played his guys no matter if they were the best ones or not. We all remember Jack handing money out to Richards and a couple other coaches so Jack had alot of say so in who he wanted playing.
